Attention Members:

 

At the Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, October 3, 2012, a unanimous decision was reached to dissolve the RodBenders of Texarkana, USA, Inc. organization.

 

Circumstantial changes surrounding many members, including the board of directors, has left serious doubts as to the functionality of the organization going forward in 2013 and beyond.

 

The Board wishes to thank all members, past and present, for their participation in the organization.  We believe our founding objectives of Fishing, Fun, and Fellowship were met and hope an enjoyable time was realized by all members.  We hope to see you on lake in the future.
